Essential skills: · Well-organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively · Able to take initiative and to work effectively within a team · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Good computer skills. · Sympathy with the aims and values of the Liberal Democrats Desirable: · Proven commitment to gender and diversity issues · Experience of organising training and/or other events · Experience of campaigning, political or otherwise · Previous experience of office-based administrative work Please note: we would prefer the successful applicant to be able to commit to at least 16 hrs per week for a 6 month period or longer. This is a voluntary position and unfortunately we can only pay expenses. To apply, please send a CV and covering letter to Vicky Booth, at vicky.booth@libdems.org.uk. Unfortunately we cannot respond to applicants unless they are shortlisted. Closing date: Monday 19th October
